1 deconstructed onion, 1 green pepper and 3 garlic cloves for pan layering.

Use Italian seasoning and sprinkle generously over vegetables.

Heat pan or skillet on medium heat, placed protein(steak, chicken) atop vegetables and let simmer until thawed completely.

Use your Air Fryer at 370 degrees for 25 minutes, check for golden brown at 12 mins; turn protein for even color and use your nose and judgment for doneness.
