  1. As a Social Studies teacher we knew that part of the curriculum included February and Black History Month; too short but it added to my narratives. The children JHS and HS always wanted to do MLK, Malcolm X, Rosa Parks and Harriet Tubman. The teachers had to make sure that in each discipline they would address the area. Science and Math, English and Social Studies etc. The sad thing is that we should have been teaching the history in all the school systems in the USA ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ. It is unforgotten American history! 2. Dr. Carter G Woodson is considered the Father of Black History; a son of slaves he graduated from Berea College and began like Arturo Schomburg, ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ท to document Black Lives. His Journal of African American Studies And Lives is required reading for any serious researchers or academics! To honor Frederick Douglass and George Washington plus Lincoln the month of February was selected for the first Negro History Week in the 1920โ€™s then it expanded to the entire month.๐Ÿ™โ™’๏ธ๐Ÿ•

    1. We canโ€™t trust Joe Biden Harris until the results are In!๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ•โ™’๏ธ๐Ÿ‘๐ŸพEducation which seems to be the 1 Avenue for a measure of success is designed clearly to fail the less fortunate. Unless individually folks, parents and guardians begin to autodidact themselves to the reality of this new world order ๐Ÿค•๐Ÿ™โ™’๏ธ๐Ÿ•๐Ÿ’ƒโ˜ฎ๏ธ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿ™Œ
